Bethanie brings over 25 years of teaching classical Pilates. She is a true practitioner and always an apprentice. She is a Master Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates and travels the world offering both certification programs as well as Continuing Education. She is fortunate to have been elected for over the past 10 years, by her peers, as a member of the Curriculum Committee for Power Pilates. Bethanie, as a passionate practitioner and educator of Joe’s Method, is a 2019 graduate of The Red Thread® - Pilates Professional Advanced Teacher Training (PPATT) taught by Kathi Ross-Nash. She also taught along side, and learned from, Bob Liekens as well as many other highly respected instructors. You can find Bethanie’s videos on the Elevate program.
Since 2010, Meagan Koehler has dedicated herself to a lifestyle centered around classical Pilates, completing over 2,600 hours of comprehensive teacher training. As a classically certified and nationally trained instructor, she combines her expertise with a warm and personalized approach to teaching. Meagan founded The Pilates Mind™ studio in downtown Asheville, NC, creating a welcoming space where clients can experience the full benefits of authentic Pilates training in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
In 2019, Meagan graduated from The Red Thread® - Pilates Professional Advanced Teacher Training (PPATT),
an advanced-level program founded and taught by world-renowned second-generation teacher Kathryn Ross-Nash. Kathi worked closely and trained with Romana Kryzanowska for many years in New York City. The Red Thread®
not only teaches the how but also the application of the why, when, and where of Joseph Pilates' method — helping Meagan master the intricate connections and progressive nature of classical Pilates.
Tracy Belcher is a certified Pilates and Franklin Method teacher based in Miami, FL. She is also the owner of Pilatay. She is certified by Real Pilates (by Alycea Ungaro), Polestar Pilates, Pilates Method Alliance®, and Franklin Method®. She teaches private lessons on all Pilates apparatuses, group reformer classes and group mat classes with props. She also teaches Franklin Method workshops, a system that uses anatomical embodiment and Dynamic Neurocognitive Imagery (DNI) TM to create lasting change in body and mind.
Jeremy Blaine is a Pilates Instructor and Personal trainer in Los Angeles. Jeremy discovered Pilates in 2012 and instantly fell in love. With a background of springboard/platform diving and gymnastics, Pilates was a natural fit and he began teaching at Equinox in 2013. From 2013-2020 he worked at Equinox as a Pilates Instructor, Pilates Manager, and Teacher Trainer. In 2020 he and his wife (also a trainer) began their own business and now train clients all over Los Angeles. When he’s not training, Jeremy spends his time running around the city with his two kids.
Dr. Zoe is a licensed clinical psychologist and certified eating disorder specialist. She is the founder of Equilibrium Health Advantage.
The Westin Chicago/Lombard is conveniently located, offers plenty of free parking, and is ideal if you’re coming from Chicago’s O’Hare airport. It is a short 20-25 minute ride.
